How long does it take to receive my order?
AFTER payment & any proof approval (for custom orders) please allow 14 WORKING days for delivery. Do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
Custom items are the perfect gift.
Simply email us your favorite photo.
300 dpi Jpeg or PNG photo is the best.
If we need a different size photo, we will contact you via email.
You will receive a proof to approve before anything is processed.

Once the proof has been approved... you CANNOT cancel order. NO refunds will be given. PLEASE proof carefully!... if your order arrives & has wrong information on them.... we will ONLY replace your order IF it does NOT match the proof you had OK'd.
Please allow one week for proof. Then time for your approval. After that allow 14 working days for delivery.
